Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Forkjoin (the "Service"), operated by Forkjoin.ai ("we", "us", "our"). Eligibility & Accounts
You must be capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials, for all activity under your account, and for promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) break the law or infringe others' rights; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, related systems, or other users' data; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) reverse engineer except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law; (e) use the Service to generate or distribute malware, spam, or unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content; or (f) circumvent usage limits, security, or access controls.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Forkjoin.ai or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted here, no license is conveyed. Open-source components are licensed under their respective licenses, which control over these Terms for those components.

The Service may interoperate with third-party services we do not control. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORKJOIN.AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forkjoin.ai from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes & Termination
We may modify the Service or these Terms; material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or terminate access for any breach.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
